Adam joined Lurie | Strupinsky, LLP as an Associate upon graduation. Adam has participated in working on commercial and employment litigation, transactional matters like strategic entity formation, and real estate closings (including performance of due diligence and sales contract generation).

In November of 2022, Lurie Strupinsky, with Adam’s critical assistance, successfully assisted a client in acquiring one of the first 800 conditional cannabis licenses in the State of New Jersey from the Cannabis Regulatory Commission. As a result of Adam’s work with our Cannabis clients, and coursework at Rutgers Law, Adam is highly knowledgeable of the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Enforcement Assistance and Marketplace Modernization Act (NJ CREAMMA).

In what little free time Adam has, Adam enjoys spending time with his dog Apollo and cat Stella, gaming, and hiking.
