Louis A. Russo

Lou advises and works closely with clients on all legal issues serving as outside general counsel to many. He negotiates and drafts business contracts, helps business owners buy and sell businesses, as well as navigate pre-suit negotiations, mediation, arbitration of business disputes, and federal and state court litigation of which often include a breach of contract and related allegations of fraud and other tortious conduct. Lou works to resolve business disputes and partnership disagreements before litigation becomes necessary.

Drawing upon his significant experience, Lou Russo also serves as arbitrator in FINRA and American Arbitration Association - Consumer matters and also teaches commercial arbitration as an adjunct law professor of law.
